Sound Bath Therapy Sessions

Beautiful candlelit sessions with healing and nourishing guided meditations to help you fully relax, unwind and receive. Held monthly between Sevenoaks & Tonbridge.

A sound bath is more than a relaxation ritual —
it is a healing ceremony that speaks directly to the parts of you that words cannot reach.

When you enter the space, everything is intentionally curated for your softness:
candles flickering like gentle stars, incense drifting in spirals of warmth,
oracle cards offering quiet guidance, affirmations resting like blessings on the altar,
seasonal energies woven into the evening’s theme.

Then the sound begins — and something ancient awakens.
The bowls sing in long, shimmering tones that move through the body like waves, dissolving tension, unravelling overthinking, and opening pathways that may have been closed for months or even years.
This is not imagined — it is the natural response of your nervous system surrendering to safety.

Here is the deeper alchemy of sound:
✨ The vibrations move through you faster than through air, reaching deep tissues and energy centres where stress and emotion have been stored.
✨ Your brain gently shifts into meditative states, the kind we touch during dreams or deep rest.
✨ Your chakras begin to harmonise, as frequencies naturally resonate with each energy centre.
✨ You reconnect with nature’s rhythm, guided by meditations that follow the seasons and moon cycles.
✨ Your heart softens, making space for release, clarity, and renewal.

This is why sound baths feel like a full body reset…
a soft spiritual cleanse…
a lifting of the veil.

You leave feeling lighter. Clearer. More centred.
More connected to yourself, your intuition, and the world around you.
It is soul-medicine in its gentlest form.

"My friend and I came along for our second evening of healing sounds with Naomi. Naomi's evening of guided meditation with healing sounds & breath work was beautiful and intimate. We didn’t want to leave. Naomi is welcoming, tender and has the most dreamy voice for the guided meditation. The venue is stunning also, with the most amazing energy. My friend and I look forward to returning."

September: Grounding and Gratitude

Friday 18th September, 7pm

The hedgerows are heavy with blackberries, the swallows are gathering, and day and night are moving towards perfect balance. This is the season of gathering in — taking stock of what has grown this year and letting the rest fall gently away. Working deeply with the root chakra, we'll settle the nervous system, draw your energy down out of the head and into the body, and give thanks for what has ripened.

This grounding practice helps you feel held by the earth beneath you and clear about what is genuinely worth carrying forward. Leave feeling steady, rooted and quietly grateful, ready to meet the darkening months from a place of deep security.

October: Shadow and Inner Knowing

Friday 23rd October, 7pm

The mornings come in mist now, the leaves are letting go, and the light grows shorter by the day. As the outer world dims, the inner one opens — this is the season of honest looking. Working with the third eye chakra, we'll soften the grip of the thinking mind, deepen intuition, and turn towards the parts of ourselves we usually keep in the dark — not to fix them, but to welcome them home.

This deeply transformative practice helps you release what has quietly finished its life, honour those who came before you, and trust your own inner knowing. Leave feeling clear-sighted, unburdened, and at peace with your own depths.

November: Surrender and Deep Rest

Friday 20th November, 7pm

The trees stand bare, the sap has withdrawn, and the fallen leaves are quietly becoming next year's soil. Nature wastes nothing and forces nothing — she simply lets go and trusts the dark to do its work. Working with the root and crown chakras, we'll release control, soften the body's holding, and rest in something larger than ourselves.

This profoundly restorative practice gives your nervous system genuine permission to stop striving. Leave feeling lighter, deeply rested, and reassured that things can be trusted to unfold without your constant effort.

December: Stillness and the Returning Light

Friday 18th December, 7pm

We gather near the eve of the longest night, at the still point of the turning year. Beneath the frozen ground the bulbs are already waiting, reminding us that all lasting growth begins quietly, unseen. Amid the noise and rush of December, we make a pool of stillness. Working with the crown chakra alongside the root, we'll drop beneath the season's demands and find the small, steady light that never actually went out.

This deeply peaceful practice offers sanctuary in the busiest month of the year. Leave feeling calm, spacious and quietly hopeful, carrying your own returning light into the winter.

January: Vision and Clarity

Friday 22nd January 2027, 7pm

In the deep quiet of midwinter, the bare branches are already carrying next spring's buds. Nothing is visible yet, but everything has been decided. This is the moment to choose the seeds of your year — not resolutions born of self-criticism, but true intentions born of listening. Working with the third eye chakra, we'll quieten the mental chatter, sharpen inner vision, and let your real direction reveal itself.

This clarifying practice helps you sense what genuinely wants to grow this year, rather than what you think you ought to want. Leave feeling focused, purposeful and connected to a vision that belongs to you.

February: Self-Love and Heart Opening

Friday 12th February 2027, 7pm

The snowdrops are breaking the frozen ground, the light is lengthening, and the first stirrings of spring are moving beneath the earth. In this tender turning point of the year, we turn our attention to the most important relationship of all — the one with ourselves. Working deeply with the heart chakra, we'll release old wounds, dissolve patterns of self-criticism, and open to profound self-compassion.

Experience the transformative power of loving yourself fully, leaving with an expanded heart, greater self-acceptance, and the ability to give and receive love more freely.

March: Awakening and Creative Flow

Friday 12th March 2027, 7pm

The sap is rising, the dawn chorus is returning, and blackthorn blossom is beginning to foam along the hedgerows. Everything is gathering itself to burst into life — and so are we. Focusing on the sacral and throat chakras, we'll unlock creative blocks, honour emotional flow, and give voice to our authentic expression.

This practice helps your creativity flow freely, your emotions move healthily, and your truth speak clearly. Leave feeling inspired, emotionally balanced, and ready to birth your creative visions into the world.

April: Personal Power and Confidence

Friday 9th April 2027, 7pm

In the full flourishing of spring, the days now longer than the nights, everything in nature is claiming its right to grow and bloom. No hesitation, no apology. We reclaim our own power. Working with the solar plexus chakra, we'll strengthen your sense of self, dissolve doubt and fear, and kindle the flame of confidence within.

This empowering practice helps you trust your decisions, set healthy boundaries, and step into your full strength. Leave feeling empowered, confident, and ready to take purposeful action in your life.

May: Joy and Abundance

Friday 14th May 2027, 7pm

May blossom froths in the hedgerows, cow parsley lines every lane, and the earth is celebrating life in full bloom. Nature gives generously in this month, asking nothing in return, and we open ourselves to receive. Moving between the heart and solar plexus chakras, we'll dissolve scarcity mindsets, open to life's generosity, and remember that abundance is our natural state.

This uplifting practice helps you recognise and receive the blessings already present, leaving you feeling grateful, joyful, and magnetically aligned with abundance in all its forms.

June: Balance and Summer Radiance

Friday 11th June 2027, 7pm

The elderflower is out, the swifts are screaming overhead, and we are approaching the longest day of the year. At this peak of light we celebrate vitality and the art of balance. Working harmoniously with all seven chakras, we'll create a symphony of balanced energy throughout your entire being.

This practice helps you feel whole, integrated, and radiantly alive, balancing rest with action, giving with receiving, inner reflection with outer expression. Leave feeling harmonised, energised, and perfectly aligned with the abundant energy of summer's peak.

All sessions held at St Luke's Parish Hall, Chiddingstone Causeway (Directly behind the church, diagonally opposite The Little Brown Jug)

Investment: £25 per session
